WireCo WorldGroup Inc. Announces Completion of its Private Offering of $275 Million of Senior Notes

KANSAS CITY, Missouri – May 19, 2010 – WireCo WorldGroup Inc. (WireCo) announced today the completion of its previously announced private offering of $275 million aggregate principal amount of 9.5% Senior Notes due 2017. WireCo intends to use a portion of the proceeds of the offering to redeem all of its outstanding 11% Senior Notes due 2015.  The remainder of the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and to pay the fees and expenses associated with the offering. 

The senior notes were offered in a private placement and have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or any state securities laws.  Accordingly, the notes may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act.
